We reserve the right to refuse service if we can't verify your age (see possible age restrictions in the tour description). Please dress according to the weather, unless it's a hot summer day. It can be a little colder driving than walking. Please note: The itinerary is provided as a general guide and is subject to change due to operational needs, weather conditions, traffic, or local circumstances. In case of showers, wind over 70 km/h or ice on the street, the tour might be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund. However, if you did not call us, and not came on time - your case marked as no-shows without any option for moving to another time slot or refund. Please note that the last 30 min before the tour we do only checks in on spot, we do not reply to the messages in Viator messenger, whatsapp etc.
