The meeting point is in the square in front of the Basilica of Santi Cosma and Damiano in Via dei Fori Imperiali 1. You will see the staff outside the Basilica wearing a uniform with the logos of the activity provider.

• Please be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour to do the check in.
• Please note: if you arrive late you might lose the entrance at the Colosseum
• Please note: the order of the itinerary might change. It is possible that you will visit first the Roman Forum and then the Palatine Hill
• The meeting time can be subject to a slight change due to the availability from the Colosseum. In this case we will call/text you in advance.
• Our tours are designed for up to 12 guests per guide, providing a personal and immersive experience. Occasionally, to keep families or friends together, we may include one or two additional guests. Likewise, some tours may have fewer than six participants. This flexible approach ensures everyone enjoys the best possible experience.
• The tour last 2,5 hours, in summer time due to the heat might last up 2 hours
• The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps.
• Most travelers can participate. Not wheelchair accessible. Please note that due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not suitable for any persons with disabilities.
