Cook Authentic Czech with Grandma’s Recipes

We are Aida & Bret from Good Mood Food. Authentic, hands-on cooking is what we’re all about — we speak the language of food! We believe food is a perfect way to communicate and connect. It’s a powerful tool to discover people and culture, because food brings us together. Our experiences are guided in a friendly, authentic, and entertaining way. We always cook together, share stories, and talk about rituals and traditions. For us, food is not just a biological need — it’s a cultural and social one. We'll cook in our self-designed Good Food Atelier, located in a 200-year-old building. The kitchen is simply equipped, just like in our own homes — so no need to worry about fancy gadgets that are hard to find when recreating the recipes later. Together, we’ll prepare and cook full traditional Czech menu: a soup or appetizer, a main course with a side dish, and a dessert. You’ll also taste our homemade pickled vegetables and marmalades. Water, tea, coffee, and wine are all included.
