   Moët & Chandon Cellars

   10:00 - 12:00 Dom Pérignon Guided Cellars tour and Champagne tasting. We offer an Exclusive Dom Pérignon Experience lasting around 2 hours for maximum 6 people, adults only. You can join this experience or we can organise Upon Request a Closed Party for 4 to 6 people. Dom Perignon is the Hi End brand of Moet et Chandon. The House Ambassador of Dom Perignon will introduce customers the world of Dom Pérignon, through Cellars tour of the oldest part of our cellars, dedicated to the ageing of Dom Pérignon bottles. This part of the cellars is not visited during the classic Moet et Chandon tour. The experience ends with a tasting of two Dom Pérignon vintages, a Plénitude 2006 and a 2013. 12:00 Departure to Hautvillers village. It takes 10 minutes (6 km).

   Hautvillers

   12:10 - 12:40  Visit the Abbey's Church of Saint-Sindulphe of the Abbey Saint-Pierre d'Hautvillers. It is a former Benedictine monastery. The Abbey was founded in 665 and remained active till the French Revolution 1789. Dom Perignon has developed the wine making methods in the region of Champagne. Nowadays there are 26 local Champagne producers in the village. Stop at the View point with best Panoramic views over the vineyards and Marne river.

   15:30 - 17:30  Ruinart Champagne house visit. This is the first Champagne house created in 1729. UNESCO listed Cellars visit guided by local staff gives you great insight into the history and Champagne production method.

   Both below described options have got the same high level. By the second option only Blanc de Blanc Champagne will be served. By Option RUINART: Experience "LA VISITE DES CRAYÈRES". Guided Cellars tour. Up to 12 people, 2 hours, Tastings of Ruinart 2 cuvées. By Option RUINART BLANC:  Experience "BLANC SINGULIER". Guided Cellars visit. Max 12 people, 2 hours, Tastings of 3 Ruinart cuvées: Blanc de Blancs, Blanc Singulier Édition 17 & Blanc Singulier Édition 19. 17:30: Departure to Paris. It takes 2 hours (144 km)
