A tour to discover Venice's architectural gems and symbols: The Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Basilica, followed by a gondola ride.
You will visit the St. Mark’s Basilica, an extraordinary example of Byzantine art as well as the living symbol of Venice’s bound with the East. The Golden Mosaics covering the high walls are breathtaking, together with gold, silver, glass and precious materials.
Next stop will be the Doge’s Palace. Stepping through the magnificent halls, will be like going back to the time of the Republic of Venice, where priceless treasures, art masterpieces and frescos can still be admired today.
In the afternoon, you will enjoy a 30-minute gondola ride. An enchanting and relaxing way to enjoy the colors, lights, sights, charm and beauty of Venice. You will admire elegant bank-side palaces, unique bridges such as the iconic Bridge of Sighs and breathe the charming and magic atmosphere that only a town built on water can give you.

Between the walking tour and the gondola ride you'll have approx. 2-hour break. The Doge's Palace tour will end at 1:15pm and the gondola tour will start at 3:00pm.
Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to St.Mark’s Basilica
Basilica entry and Museum is €24. Doge’s Palace €35. Remaining value covers operational costs, the gondolas, hosting services, app content, and licensed guides with audio systems
Some areas of the Doge's Palace include historic stairways and may not be fully accessible for visitors with reduced mobility.
Please note that one gondola can accommodate a maximum of 5 passengers

* Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time
* Wear appropriate clothes to enter the Basilica (no bare knees or shoulders)
* For security reasons large backpacks are not allowed into the Basilica
* No refund will be provided for no shows or late arrivals
* The tour will take place also with rain, in the event of exceptional high tide it might be cancelled and refund will be provided
* Because of safety reasons all visitors have to get through metal detector checks, which might lead to a short line to enter the palace even if having a skip-the line access
* This tour includes a shared gondola (up to five people for each one)
