Lasagna Cooking Experience for the Sunday Table

There is something magical about Sunday lunch in Italy — the smell of slow-cooking tomato sauce, laughter in the kitchen and family gathering around the table. In this special family cooking experience, you will live that magic together. We will roll up our sleeves to prepare fresh egg pasta, cook the sauce and béchamel sauce, and layer all the ingredients to create a delicious homemade lasagna. While the lasagna is baking, we will prepare a simple dessert and toast with a glass of wine (or juice for the children), sharing stories and little secrets of Italian cuisine. Finally, we will all sit down together to enjoy lunch — just like Italian families do every Sunday.
