By the exit of metro station "Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre" in the middle of the square on the Rivoli street, our representative will be waiting you there holding a sign showing "VOYAGE". Please arrive 10-minutes before start time.

• Please ensure that babies and children are included in your reservation, as they are part of the total headcount.
• We allow a grace period of up to 30 minutes for private late arrivals. If delays exceed this time, guests are marked as ‘no show,’ and rescheduling or refunds are not possible. To join at a later time, the experience must be rebooked.
• Admission is free for Disabled visitors and the person accompanying them
• Please let us know if you have any special needs or details we should be aware of. We’ll do our best to make your experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.

• Please note that entry to the Louvre is permitted only when accompanied by your guide. Admission is managed through a collective ticket, making it essential that you arrive on time to join the group. Late arrivals may lose entry rights.
