Start at a traditional Lisbon market, where you will meet your chef and receive a short introduction to the experience and discover fresh seasonal ingredients. Your chef will explain how Portuguese people choose and use ingredients such as fish, vegetables, herbs and traditional products. Return to the cooking school and prepare a seasonal Portuguese meal in a hands-on class. Finish by sitting down together to enjoy the food you cooked, paired with Portuguese wine.
