Open the app and enter your booking reference number as the reference code (you can find details by clicking “What is reference code?”). Then select your preferred language, choose Paris as the location, and select Orsay Museum to access the audio guide. Remember to bring your own earphones. Once the application is installed, ensure you download the Orsay Museum audio guides into your phone while connected to WiFi or mobile internet. This will enable you to listen to the guides during your visit, even without access to the internet within the museum premises.
