• Earphones will be provided only for groups with over 15 participants.
• Customers must be able to climb and descend stairs.
• Due the moderate amount of walking to reach the main attraction sites could be better to wear comfortable shoes and clothes.
• Reach the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time. Our staff will wear a green t-shirt with our “My Tour” logo.
• Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Palazzo Pitti
• Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.
• Entrance ticket to Pitti Palace €19.00 per person
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted
• One per booking
• -Please note that we will send via e-mail the confirmation voucher to be converted to the entrance ticket. -At the Pitti Palace ticket Office show the voucher you received via e-mail and these will give you access to the entrance tickets. -Do not forget to check your inbox as the voucher can be sent by e-mail only. -Please be aware that entrance time can be subject to Museum availability - for this reason this will be reconfirmed once booking is done. If the selected time is fully booked, you will be contacted and another entrance time will be offered. Otherwise you will get full refund -Please be aware that €3,00 per pax have been added to the Entrance ticket price as management, booking and assistance rights.
