• • Pick up at the Hotel in Florence if centrally located (We need to know the Hotel name to organize the pick-up and the drop-off) • Morning Tour: From 09:00 am to 01:00 pm Afternoon Tour: From 02:45 pm to 06:45 pm • Please be aware that in case of no-show, the driver will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes from the tour departure time. After that time, if nobody informed us about the delay, they are entitled to leave and no refund will be granted to any client who is not at the departure point at the established time.
