Meet at the Alilaguna ticket office on Riva degli Schiavoni, in front of the Royal Gardens (Giardini Reali), San Marco. Arrive 20 minutes early and show your voucher there to receive your boarding ticket. Look for the Alilaguna sign by the water.

• The gondola ride itself lasts about 30 minutes; departure times may vary at the gondoliers’ discretion and you may wait up to 1 hour after check-in.
• Each gondola takes a maximum of 5 people. The ride is not guided and there is no music or serenade on board.
• If your chosen time is unavailable you will be moved to the next available slot on the same day.
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted
• One per booking
• Arrive 20 minutes before departure at the Alilaguna ticket office on Riva degli Schiavoni, in front of the Royal Gardens (Giardini Reali), San Marco, and show your Viator voucher to receive your boarding ticket. Travellers who arrive late or miss the meeting point cannot join and are not refunded.
