• The duration of transfers is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• Suggested pick-up time from your hotel in Florence to Roma Fiumicino Airport: 6:30–6:45 hours before your flight departure. Please make sure to provide your flight number at the time of booking.
• Any modifications or changes to the pick-up time must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled pick-up time.
