   Our exploration will begin by strolling through the serpentine backstreets in the city's most ancient district, the Gothic Quarter. Although the name recalls the medieval period, the true beginnings of this area stretch even further back, to the time of the Roman Empire. After the walking tour, you will take a taxi to travel comfortably from the city center to the Sagrada Familia.
