This tour offers a clear and engaging introduction to the Louvre in just two hours. Instead of wandering through the museum, we follow a carefully curated route to discover its most iconic masterpieces. You will see works such as the Mona Lisa, the Venus de Milo, the Winged Victory of Samothrace, Liberty Leading the People, The Coronation of Napoleon, Raft of Msedusa as well as traces of the Louvre’s medieval fortress and many other highlights. Guided by an art historian, you’ll explore key periods from antiquity to the Renaissance and beyond, with artists like Leonardo da Vinci, Botticelli, Veronese, Giotto, Cimabue, Gericault, Delacroix and David. By the end, you won’t just have seen the highlights—you will truly understand them.
