• We offer a private or group tour of Westminster Abbey. The tour type and itinerary depends on the selected option.

• St. Margaret’s Church is open Monday - Friday: 10.30am - 3.30pm, Saturday: closed.
• Due to abbey regulations, 1 licensed guide can lead a group of 1-20 people. We can arrange additional guides for larger groups.
• The 3,5 and 5,5-hour private tours include an estimated 1,5-hour round-trip transfer from accommodation, depending on the distance and traffic. We will arrange a standard car (sedan) 1-4 people, and in a larger van for groups of 5+ people. You can book a 5-people tour for a larger vehicle.
• The group tour includes entry only to Westminster Abbey. Commentary will be in only 1 language. This tour is not suitable for people with disabilities.
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted
• One per booking
• Customer info on the voucher: 1. Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts. You will not be able to join the tour or receive a refund if you are late. 2. It is possible to cancel and modify the booking, e.g. change the number of participants, through the portal system on which you made the reservation. Please contact their Customer Service if you need assistance. 3. The guide will arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time. You may contact us if you arrive during this time but your guide is not there. 4. There is no luggage storage for umbrellas, large bags, suitcases, etc. 5. Pets are not allowed. 6. The tour is not suitable for people with disabilities. 8. Tips are greatly appreciated if you are satisfied with the tour. 9. Did you know that bad weather is a common reason for dissatisfaction with a tour? Don't let extreme weather spoil your experience, check the forecast and dress appropriately for the conditions, rain or shine.
