Over cocktails, your gin instructor brings together the drink's origins, London's Gin Craze and its place in British drinking culture. Then discover what you like in your glass. In a group of no more than 12, smell and taste individual botanical distillates before choosing the flavours for your own gin. Leave with a personal 70cl bottle: a taste of your time on Portobello Road, made to your preferences.
