• The name provided during booking is final and cannot be changed as per Uffizi Gallery rules. To enter, each participant must present an identity document matching the booking name
• The venue requires to provide the name and surname of each visitor; this information is mandatory for booking and entry to the Uffizi Gallery. If this requirement isn't met, it will not be possible to enter the venue
• In accordance with the ticket sales terms and conditions, visitors are not liable for any presale fee

• Customers are not charged any booking or pre-sale fees.
• The remaining cost of the experience covers additional services, including a live guide, on-site check-in assistance staff, and a service fee.

• Reduced-price admission (children aged 0–17) can only be purchased together with a full-price admission ticket.
• In accordance with the ticket sales conditions, visitors are not required to pay any booking or pre-sale fees.

• The remaining amount of the total product price covers the guided tour service and related operational costs, including the licensed local guide, radio headsets where required, customer support, booking and reservation management, and other associated services.
