• Please Note: We are not responsible for partial closures within the Vatican Museums or the Sistine Chapel. No refunds will be provided if specific areas are closed due to special events. Refunds will only be issued if the entire site is closed and the visit cannot take place
• please arive to the meeting point 20 minutes before your resrvation.
• Dress code: Shoulders and knees must be covered for entry to the Sistine Chapel. This requirement applies to all genders.
• Please provide the full names (first and last) of all guests match with your ID.
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted
• One per booking
• Guests are required to arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled entry time. Please note that late arrivals may result in forfeited tickets, and entry cannot be guaranteed. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional reservation fees.
