• Tours operate rain or shine and the route may be changed based on local conditions

• Mobile or paper ticket accepted
• One per booking
• There is no need to reconfirm your tour unless you have not provided a working mobile number. In that case please send a text or call your local contact number which will be sent to you shortly after booking. Alternatively email [email protected] at least 2 days prior to the tour. Please be ready at least 10 minutes prior to departure time. 20 minutes after the meeting time and you will be considered a no show. Opening hours are: 10:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
