• Between the walking tour and the gondola ride you'll have approx. 2-hour break. The Doge's Palace tour will end at 1:15pm and the gondola tour will start at 3:00pm.
• Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.
• Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to St.Mark’s Basilica
• Basilica entry and Museum is €24. Doge’s Palace €35. Remaining value covers operational costs, the gondolas, hosting services, app content, and licensed guides with audio systems
• Some areas of the Doge's Palace include historic stairways and may not be fully accessible for visitors with reduced mobility.
• Please note that one gondola can accommodate a maximum of 5 passengers

• * Remember to bring with you Passport or ID card that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to St.Mark’s Basilica * Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time * Wear appropriate clothes to enter the Basilica (no bare knees or shoulders) * For security reasons large backpacks are not allowed into the Basilica * No refund will be provided for no shows or late arrivals * The tour will take place also with rain, in the event of exceptional high tide it might be cancelled and refund will be provided * Because of safety reasons all visitors have to get through metal detector checks, which might lead to a short line to enter the palace even if having a skip-the line access * This tour includes a shared gondola (up to five people for each one) * Between the walking tour and the gondola ride you'll have approx. 2-hour break. The Doge's Palace tour will end at 1:15pm and the gondola tour will start at 3:00pm.
