“Welcome to Lisboa” This tour was created for those who are staying for a few hours only in Lisbon and want to make the most of it. When your cruise ship docks in Lisbon (Santa Apolónia), a friendly Lisboa Autêntica Guide will be waiting for you. Discover the medieval section of Alfama, the ancient part of the city, located a few minutes away. Learn about its history and the stories of its residents walking along the alleys and streets of Alfama. From the panoramic viewpoint of Portas do Sol, contemplate Alfama from above, as well as the Monastery of São Vicente de Fora, the National Pantheon and of course your cruise ship. The next stop is one of the oldest monuments of the city, the Cathedral. We visit the three main squares of the city: Comércio, Rossio, and Figueira. At Rossio Square, the most central square of Lisbon, where you can either take the Metro back to the ship or keep on visiting the city following the guide’s recommendations.
Your tour will start from the Santa Apolónia cruise port where your guide will meet you. All our guides are good communicators and connoisseurs of the city, its history, and stories.

The old part of the city is close by and in a few minutes, we will be walking through the medieval section of Alfama. Through the alleys and streets of Alfama, you will get to know its history, its stories and to contact with its residents and traditions.

We will leave Alfama looking over it from the viewpoint of Portas do Sol. From there we will be able to see the Monastery of São Vicente de Fora, the National Pantheon and of your cruise boat.

From there we will start going down to one of the oldest monuments of the city, the Cathedral.
