• Pre-reserved entry is not skip-the-line access. All visitors must pass through mandatory security screening, and waiting times may vary.
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
• As Notre-Dame is an active place of worship, access may be restricted or modified without prior notice due to religious services or special events.
• A respectful dress code is required. Visitors should wear clothing that covers the shoulders and knees. Hats should be removed before entering the cathedral (except for religious or medical reasons).

Please note: Exceptional closures of Notre Dame can occur last minute, we urge you to plan ahead and visit the official Notre Dame website in order to verify if your date may be affected by a closure at, https://www.notredamedeparis.fr/en/. Refunds will not be given due to closures of the Cathedral. If the interior is closed an enhanced exterior tour will be given for 1 hour.
