• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

• Your driver will meet you directly outside the train station. The driver will be in position 20 minutes after your train arrives. This will give you sufficient time to collect your luggage and meet the driver outside at the pick-up and drop-off area opposite King's Cross station. Please do not cross over the road to King's Cross please stay on the same side of the station. If you are travelling with a cell phone, please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver can contact you on the day. If you need to contact the office for any reason or cannot locate your driver, please call our UK number on 0208 9355116. If waiting time at the train station exceeds 30 minutes from the set pickup time or the train arrival time, an additional charge will apply. £10.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges. The driver will leave the train station 30 minutes after the train arrival time. If the driver is not able to make contact with the passenger, or if you experience any delays, please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs)
