    • Infants (age 0-3) can go on the tour free of charge
    • Please note that Stop 1 – Green Park is currently affected by a long-term closure of the main bus stand. While the Blue and Red Tours will continue to pass through this stop, boarding is impacted. As a result, the Red Tour now starts and ends at Stop 2 – Hard Rock. Customers are advised to board from this location.
    • Cruises run every 15–40 minutes in summer, and every 30–40 minutes in winter
    • Buses run every 10–20 minutes in summer and every 15–30 minutes in winter
    • You can pre-book your time slot for the Tower of London after booking. Due to high demand and limited availability, especially during peak times, we recommend retrieving your booking and selecting your time slot as soon as possible via the Big Bus APP or Webiste. Alternatively, you can book your time slot with a member of the Big Bus team on the day. Once you have selected your time slot through the Big Bus Manage My Booking portal, you can download your ticket and head straight to the Tower of London, St Katharine's & Wapping, London EC3N 4AB.

You can activate your bus ticket in one of two ways: 1. Download the Big Bus app and use your tour operator confirmation number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. You can then board the bus at any Big Bus stop on the route. 2. Present your printed or mobile voucher to a Big Bus team member or driver at any stop on the route during operating hours. We recommend boarding at Stop 19: Tower of London, 362 Tower Hill (TfL Bus Stop "TA"). For your cruise, head straight to the City Cruises terminal at Westminster Pier or Tower Pier and show your printed or digital ticket to board. Customers are advised to download the Big Bus App for the latest bus stop locations, timings, and live bus tracking. Please ensure the app is downloaded before your day of travel.
