The 4-Course Dinner is a lesson for those wanting to enjoy the evening, cooking and eating a traditional Italian meal with friends. This class is a practical and interactive group experience, allowing you to create and enjoy dishes that you can bring into your daily life. You will be preparing an appetizer, a fresh pasta dish, a meat dish and a dessert. Menu: • Monday: Flan Verdure / Caprese Potato Tortelli with Tomato Sauce / Sardinian Gnocchetti with Mediterranean Sauce Chicken Contadina / Chicken Cacciatore Tiramisu / Caramel Panna Cotta • Friday: Potato Soufflé / Vegetable Sformato Spinach Ravioli with Butter and Sage Sauce / Potato Gnocchi with Sorrentina Sauce Chicken Marsala with Mushrooms / Chicken Ischitana Panna Cotta / Dolce Cioccolato Note: the menu is subject to change.
Cooking lessons are held at Via dei Velluti, 20 r. Firenze, so close to Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti. It is easily accessible by public transportation: ATAF Bus N°11, D, 6, C3 By car: Parking can be found at Porta Romana, and the school can be reached by foot or by bus N° C3, D getting off at the Palazzo Pitti stop.
