The meeting point in front of the famous bar CAFFÈ ROMA. Adress : Via del Colosseo 31. Right in front of the bar you will see a tree , where we Will be holding a company sign . We will be there RIGHT 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE STARTING OF THE TOUR (NOT EARLIER THAN THAT).

• The names provided during booking cannot be altered later on; the name of the persons who will show at the meeting point of the tour have to be the same of the ones provided during the booking process.
• TO ENTER IN THE COLOSSEUM AND FORUM IS MANDATORY TO PRESENT A VALID ID OR PASSPORT OF ALL THE VISITORS, ADULTS AND UNDER 18 (also a picture of the id/passport is accepted). The names on the passport or ID document have to match the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
• All visitors must pass through a mandatory security control which can take some time depending on the number of people visiting the monument that day. During peak times or seasons, the wait time for security checks may be significant and is UNRELATED TO THE TICKETS QUEUE.
• Tours will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless the monument is closed by authorities for safety reasons
• LATE ARRIVALS ARE CONSIDERED NO SHOW , which is NOT REFUNDABLE and also not possible to reschedule. The reservations have a specific entrance time , after that they expire and are not anymore valid. If you book a guided tour , you can only enter with the group , you cannot enter by yourself.
