This is a land of glassmakers, hermits, wanderers, and traditional villages that still live their old way of life. You’ll explore: - rock castle Sloup carved deep into prehistoric sea sediments more than 100 million years old - Panská Skála, a 60‑million‑year‑old basalt organ - brewery and local beer - timber‑framed villages - Mount Klíč - landscapes of the Lusatian Mountains - the Czech Central Highlands. This region has the highest concentration of hills in Central Europe, which is why films like Merlin, The Young Man and the White Whale, and many Czech fairy tales were filmed here. - UNESCO‑listed glassworks. Glass from this region has appeared in films like Bridget Jones’s Diary, Glass Onion, and even in the trophies awarded at the Tour de France.
