    1. Our service starting with your departure transfer. Your driver will be pick you up from lobby or in front or nearby the your Airbnb if it is available for parking. If it is not, we will inform you meeting point.

We will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning (depending on the location of your hotel) and transfer you to the balloon site where you will have the opportunity to watch the balloon being prepared for its flight while enjoying a light breakfast snack; preparation time is generally 15 to 20 minutes. Your refund rate will be the difference between options of "included balloon ride" and "excluded balloon ride" for the cancellations of the hot air balloon ride.     • Standart Balloon Tours' basket capacity are 16-28 people. Ballloon tours are for 1 hour (approximately). It might be little longer or shortes time by the weather condition. Pilots are decide to that within the safety rules of Civil Aviation Authority. Total activity duration is approximately 3 hours.
