• Segway tour in Prague runs out of the downtown since 12/2016. Our tour going on the the left side of the river above the Castle
• Headgear is obligatory. We provide all the helmets sizes.
• Safety training will be provided before the tour. It gets ~10 min
• Minimal weight of traveler is 35 kg (77 lbs), maximum 135 kg (237 lbs)
• Minimal age is 7 years old
• On winter time we use special winter snow tires so ride on snow is absolutely safe
• We going to the start point and back by car. Consider extra +15-30 min to your tour time
• No high heel shoes
• Activity is strongly forbidden for persons who is under influence of alcohol, drugs or strong medicine
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted

• The meeting point is Maltezske sq. 7, Praha-11800. Our shop is next door to the Embassy of Japan. Please be there 10-15 minutes before the planned start. If you not sure you can come on time - you can come 1 up to 2 hours in advance as you do for airport :) Please bring your ID or passport (or it's copy in mobile). We reserve the right to refuse service if we can't verify your age (see possible age restrictions in the tour description). Please dress according to the weather, unless it's a hot summer day. It can be a little colder driving than walking. Please note: The itinerary is provided as a general guide and is subject to change due to operational needs, weather conditions, traffic, or local circumstances. In case of showers, wind over 70 km/h or ice on the street, the tour might be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund. However, if you did not call us, and not came on time - your case marked as no-shows without any option for moving to another time slot or refund. Please note that the last 30 min before the tour we do only checks in on spot, we do not reply to the messages in Viator messenger, whatsapp etc.
