Please read the luggage information carefully, as sending an unsuitable vehicle may result in your luggage not fitting. Service Limitations We are not liable for missed cruise departures. If your cruise ship is cancelled or diverted, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and a new booking will be required. Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion. Please note that last-minute bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will depend on driver and vehicle allocation at the time of request.
