   Piazza della Signoria

   The tour will finish at the Piazza della Signoria, another iconic square in Florence, Italy, located near the Arno River. It has been the political and social center of the city throughout its history and is surrounded by several notable buildings and statues. Here are some highlights of Piazza della Signoria: Palazzo Vecchio: This medieval fortress-palace is the focal point of the square. It has served as the seat of Florentine government for centuries and now functions as the town hall. The palace is adorned with impressive Renaissance artwork and sculptures, including works by Michelangelo and Donatello. Fountain of Neptune: Situated at the southern end of the square, this fountain features a large marble statue of Neptune surrounded by various sea creatures and mythological figures.
