Meet at the Alilaguna ticket office on Riva degli Schiavoni, in front of the Royal Gardens (Giardini Reali), San Marco. Arrive 20 minutes early and show your voucher there to receive your boarding ticket. Look for the Alilaguna sign by the water.

Travellers who arrive late or miss the meeting point cannot join and are not refunded.
