To ensure a smooth start to your experience, please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Your guide will meet you at the designated meeting point with your official entry tickets, so please do not go directly to the Sagrada Família entrance. Please keep in mind that entry times are strictly controlled by the Sagrada Família. If you arrive late, you may not be able to join the tour, and refunds cannot be provided for missed departures.
