Example: If you choose the 9:30 am time slot and the Vatican ticket office closes at that time, you will be transferred to the first available time slot, 11:00 am, 2:00 pm or 4:30 pm.
• If the selected time is unavailable for logistical reasons or ticket office overbooking (for which we are not responsible), the activity will be rescheduled for another time on the same day. To avoid possible overlaps, we recommend not booking consecutive tours. The customer will be notified in advance. Therefore, by booking, the customer acknowledges the above.
