Here you’ll soak up the friendly atmosphere as you explore the 270 stalls overflowing with colorful, fresh produce. Sun-ripened vegetables, local and regional specialities from Umbrian olives and truffles to delicious cheeses from Puglia. You'll also shop for fresh ingredients to take with you to the cooking class. From the market, it's a short walk to our modern cooking school for a hands-on class where you’ll make traditional Roman gnocchi and sauce from scratch.
