Truffle hunting, cooking class and lunch with overnight stay

Bu etkinlik hakkında

Mugello is one of the most authentic truffle areas of Tuscany, still far from the mass tourist circuits, with rich forests and unspoilt landscapes that make truffle hunting a genuine experience. Unlike classic tours of a few hours, this experience is spread over two days, combining overnight stay on the estate, truffle hunting and Tuscan cooking class — a route that allows you to experience the territory in depth, without haste. The truffle hunter and chef are local professionals: participants learn to recognize the signs of the forest, to work with the truffle dog and to transform the harvest into traditional dishes. The truffle found in the woods ends up directly on the table. Tenuta Valdea is an authentic property immersed in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, far from standardized farmhouses, where nature and silence of the countryside are part of the experience.
