This tour takes place around the farmers market just outside the Vatican Museums' entrance. You can do it before your Sistine Chapel visit. It combines delicious Roman recipes, the finest wine of the region, and beautiful monuments. Your local guide will show you some of the most famous neighborhoods of Rome and tell you about Italian cuisine and traditions. Walk through the streets of the city center, stop in authentic eateries and in the oldest farmers market of Rome while tasting local street food, such as fried risotto balls and fresh pizzas, and some of the finest wines of the area. While you discover the flavors of the city you will visit some interesting attractions and learn about how the history of the city links to the culinary heritage thanks to the unique descriptions of your guide.
