Are you looking for a culinary experience far from the usual tourist proposals? Then you've come to the right place. From Text, the slow soul meets the pop format. Come and try a selection of our most loved focaccias: an exclusive dough made from ancient grains, a very long sourdough and slow cooking that makes every bite an explosion of crispness and lightness. A stone's throw from Rialto, a tasting path between ancient grains and traditional recipes: 4 iconic tastings with a glass of wine or a soft drink.
From Station/P.le Roma: Follow Strada Nova towards Rialto. After Campo SS. Apostoli, continue for the Rialto Bridge: we are in Ruga dei Spezieri 374. From San Marco : Follow for Rialto Bridge. You will find us at the foot of the bridge in Ruga dei Spezieri 374.
