We depart at the big boat dock in front of the Central Station. This is a busy area, so please be 10 minutes in advance to find our blue colored boats.

• In case of bad weather we provide umbrella's or poncho's. In some cases of bad weather or season we might use a covered boat. In case the tour is cancelled by the operator, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.

• Please make sure that you are at the departure location at least 10 minutes prior to your departure time for your check in.
• Our crew speaks both Dutch and English. The tour is given mainly in English.

• You can find us in front of the Central Station in Amsterdam. Google Adres: Stationsplein 24, 1012 AB, Amsterdam We might be on the other side (south side) of the water from the Google Adres. Please make sure that you are at the departure location at least 10 minutes prior to your departure time & scan your tickets at one of our colleagues on the dock.
