   Next we'll visit the pretty seaside town of Deal. It was here that the first Roman invasion landed in Britain in 55bc. A previously prosperous port, today Deal is regarded as a 'mini-Brighton', known for its charming high street, sea-front and pier. Take time to explore and have lunch.

   The next stop is at the world-famous White Cliffs of Dover, one of the most iconic coastal location in Britain. This is England's closest point to mainland Europe, on a clear day you can see France! Here we have time to take a long walk along the coast path and absorb spectacular views.

The meeting point is the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, Tower Hill, near Tower Hill station. Check-in is in-front of the hotel. The tour departs by 8.25am, but please arrive to check-in by 8.15.am.
