Learning the two basic procedures for making most cheeses around the world, acid and rennet coagulation, you will be encouraged to continue exploring recipes at home. Enjoying the cheese tasting with the group will be a way of further learning and enjoying a great social experience with the group. De Kaasserie is a place of food, creativity, and community, you are welcome to enjoy them all.
