The Colosseum strictly enforces this policy and will refuse entry for any discrepancies. Each guest must bring a valid ID. Please avoid using nicknames, shortened names, or incorrect/missing first or last names. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need help with this.
• Minors must be 17 or younger on the day of the visit
• Each participant must bring valid ID that matches the name on the reservation. Entry cannot be guaranteed without proper identification
• The audioguide is a digital app for your smartphone. A download link will be sent to you before your visit
• Late arrivals and no shows will not be refunded
• We recommend downloading the audio guide in advance, using Wi-Fi. It works offline afterward. Kindly note that it may not work on very old phones or devices not compatible with the app
• The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps.

If the Colosseum tickets controllers deny the access due to the wrong name and last name we decline any responsibility and NO REFUND will be provided. This voucher is not your entry ticket — it's a booking confirmation only. It must be exchanged for tickets at the meeting point before entering the Colosseum. In order to collect your tickets, please meet our colleagues at the meeting point in front of the Basilica dei Santi Cosma e Damiano, at least 15 minutes before the starting time of the tour. Meeting time is subject to change. If this happens, the activity provider will contact you by phone or message.
