• If the chosen time is not available, you will be transferred to another time on the same day. These changes do not depend on us. Therefore, when booking you are aware of this possible change, we will not accept complaints later, or requests for refunds. Example: If you choose the 12:00 time slot and the Duomo ticket office closes at that time, you will be transferred to the first available time slot at 3:00 pm.
• It is advisable not to book tours on the same day, with close times.
• Important notice for last-minute reservations (same day or overnight): in case of lack of seats, the customer will be placed on the day following the reserved date.
• If the selected time is unavailable for logistical reasons or ticket office overbooking (for which we are not responsible), the activity will be rescheduled for another time on the same day. To avoid possible overlaps, we recommend not booking consecutive tours. The customer will be notified in advance. Therefore, by booking, the customer acknowledges the above.
