Hotel pickup time is between 03:00 – 03:30 AM; exact time will be confirmed in advance. Please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before pickup time. Your driver will meet you at the hotel lobby holding a name sign. For flights, online check-in may be completed on your behalf; boarding passes will be shared digitally or printed if needed. A valid passport is required for domestic flights in Turkey. Upon arrival in Izmir, the staff will welcome you at the airport exit gate with a name sign and arrange your private transfer to Selçuk. Before the tour starts, you will have a short rest at the office. During the tour, all entrance tickets (Ephesus & House of Virgin Mary) will be provided by your guide. No additional ticket purchase is required. After the tour, transfer details for your return flight will be clearly communicated. Please be ready at the specified meeting point for your airport transfer. Upon arrival in Istanbul, the team will meet you at the airport exit gate with a name sign and provide your private transfer back to your hotel. In case of delays or any operational updates, the team will contact you instantly via WhatsApp.
