• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity to exchange your voucher for a direct entrance ticket and meet your guide. Our office is in Florence at Via De’ Castellani 14 (18/r), a few metres from Palazzo Vecchio and opposite the main exit of the Uffizi Gallery.
