Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and may result in the loss of the tour without a refund due to strict museum entry windows. All visitors must pass through a metal detector even with reserved entry there may be a brief wait for the security check. Keep a valid photo ID with you to verify age-based tickets if requested by museum staff.
