Montserrat, a Mountain, a Monastery, a Sanctuary Montserrat is a spectacular mountain from a geological point of view, it's also a holy mountain and houses both, a Benedictine Monastery celebrating 1000 years since its fundation, and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Montserrat. If you prefer focusing on art, you can visit the Art Museum.
