• If the option including Anytime Entry to One World Observatory is chosen, most people spend 60-90 minutes at the Observatory. Your entry voucher is barcoded. Present it at the Observatory ticket office for a ticket for the next available entry time or anytime after that – up to 7 days from your scheduled date.
• One World Observatory is normally open daily 9am-9pm – but check opening hours for the day you plan to visit. Last entry is 1 hour before closing time
• Guests under 17 must be accompanied by an adult
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted

Call center hours (EST) are Daily 9.00AM - 5.00PM; Emergency Hours 5.00PM - 8.00PM · Your entry voucher for One World Observatory is dated and allows you to arrive at any time during operating hours on that day – up to 90 minutes before closure. · As a courtesy, if you cannot make your scheduled day, the voucher for One World Observatory is valid for your one-time entry anytime during Observatory operating hours in the next 7 days. · You will be given an entry ticket to the Observatory for the next available entry ticket time or, if you prefer, at a time in the next 7 days.
