ON THE DAY Go directly to the Hagia Sophia visitor entrance. Pass the security screening that applies to every visitor, then scan the QR code we emailed you at the turnstile. There is no office to visit, no kiosk queue and no voucher to exchange anywhere else in the city. Every traveler on the booking gets their own QR code, so your group can enter separately if you prefer. The audio guide link is in the same email. Download it before you arrive so you are ready at the gate. Your QR code is issued for the date you booked and cannot be changed or transferred to another date. If your email has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us using the details on your voucher.
